For our Headquarters in Glattbrugg, Zürich in Switzerland we seek a



  • Support the Chairman of the Board and the CEO
  • Act as a first point of contact for all administrative matters to support the Chairman and the CEO
  • Perform advanced and confidential administrative and secretarial duties
  • Organize meetings, conferences, workshops and seminars as required
  • Maintain confidential records and file of reports, correspondence and related material for ease of retrieval
  • Proactively manage and co-ordinate appointments, meetings and other functions in accordance with business needs and priorities


  • You have a high sense of responsibility and strong communication skills
  • You are committing to your job with a high level of personal integrity and flexibility, discretion and tact
  • You are team player in an international environment, your international experience is highly valued as well as your open personality
  • You have initiative and are able to work independently
  • You are able to think "out of the box" and pick up tasks very quickly
  • You maintain high confidentiality in all matters and have an excellent time management and organizational skills
  • You bring the willingness to gain new skills and experiences, as well as to share knowledge
  • You have advanced Microsoft Office and email knowledge
  • Fluency in English and German required (written and spoken), French is an advantage
