Continuing Airworthiness Engineer (m/f)

Continuing Airworthiness Engineer (m/f)

 

Your main tasks:

  • Continuing airworthiness management tasks for 3rd party clients in support of the Line Stations
  • Reviewing of airworthiness directives
  • Reviewing of manufacture service bulletins and Instructions
  • Reviewing of the documentation of aircraft modification and repair projects
  • Reviewing of manufacturer publication revisions and preparation maintenance programme changes
  • Reviewing of aircraft technical logs entries for technical defects
  • Maintaining and updating the aircraft status in maintenance planning software
  • Planning and managing maintenance work orders for Line Maintenance (Line Stations)
  • Reviewing and coordinating inhouse Base Maintenance events with the Maintenance Planner
  • Leading and documenting meetings of inhouse or contracted Line and Base Maintenance projects at the start and at the end
  • Reviewing and archiving aircraft and component airworthiness records

 

Your qualifications:

  • Effective usage of IT systems
  • Strong MS Office and database user skills
  • Interested to work digitally
  • Accurate working style
  • Interested in aviation regulations, compliance, manuals, aircraft maintenance programmes and directives
  • Fluent language skills in English written and spoken, German language skills are an asset
  • Good communication skills in writing and verbally in a technical environment
  • Background in aviation administration or engineering is an asset
  • Knowledge and experience in aircraft systems and/or engineering is an asset
