For our Compliance department in our headquarter in Glattbrugg we are looking for a

Deputy Compliance Monitoring Manager, 100%

Your main tasks:

  • Implementing, maintaining and developing the Compliance Management System;
  • Planning Safety  audits  and inspection,  identifying   risks  and  proposing  threat controls  and mitigation measures;
  • Planning Compliance   audits  and  inspection,  identifying  non-conformances  and  proposing corrective  actions;
  • Scheduling continuous process of risk assessment,  identifying hazardous  events and their effects,  and proposing mitigation measures;
  • Monitoring and assuring identified intolerable risks are corrected, and that changes made are permanent and effective.
  • Monitoring and assuring that identified non-conformances are root-cause analyzed, corrected within a period agreed, and that changes made are permanent and effective.
  • Conducting monthly data evaluation on Safety and Compliance  Performance  as an input to the management evaluation;
  • Supporting the CMM so that Compliance  Assurance  and goal achievements  are evaluated;
  • Verifying that  standards  required   by  the   FOCA  and  any  additional   Zimex  Aviation requirements are carried out and met under the supervision  of the appropriate nominated persons;
  • Monitoring amendments of the Company manuals;
  • Managing Certifying Staff Membership Authorization Certificate;
  • Company DMS administrator instructor;
  • Company SMS administrator.

Your qualifications:

  • Experience in compliance management in the aviation industry
  • Knowledge about EASA Regulations
  • Very good IT learning skills, experience with Webmanuals and IQSMS is an advantage
  • Excellent intercultural communication skills. You will be in contact with many different stakeholders (clients, auditors, authorities, employees, suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, etc.)
  • Knowledge of data mining and statistical analysis
  • Ability to work in a team and independent
  • Fluent language skills in English, German and French is an advantage
