For our Headquarter in Glattbrugg we are looking for reliable 

Training Assistant, 100% 

You will be joining our AIR CREW training department at our Headquarters in Glattbrugg directly reporting to the NPCT and HT. 

Your main tasks: 

Assisting the Head of Department 

• Managing the LMS (learning management systems) assignments and helpdesk
• Managing our forms management system
• Assist our trainers in completing the documentation
• Teach some company introduction modules to new hired Flight Crew
• Managing the training contact email, assisting in responding/solving training personnel questions
• Planning and follow up pilot line introduction and line checks.
• Manage tracking and maintaining the validity of crew training documentation (Zimex AOC, ATO and clients)

 Training Documentation Assistant 

• Transfer of training content into the different LMS (Training course)
• Maintain and auditing system of training providers
• Assist in create training guidance material (Flight simulator programs)
• Assist on managing the operational manuals, syllabi revisions (ATO & AOC)
• Assist on training certification

 Requirements/qualifications Head of training assistant:

• Experience of similar position in the aviation industry (AOC and/or ATO)
• Knowledge about EASA Part FCL and ORO
• Understand the factors that impact crew training
• Very good IT learning skills, WinOps, Matrix LMS knowledge is a plus
• Good soft skills, interface with the flight crews and ground engineers, as well as other departments to ensure good coordination.
• Ability to adapt to constantly shifting parameters and new projects worldwide
• Fluent language skills in English
