Did you know that…

…Zimex pilots are among the most experienced concerning landings on unimproved runways?

On unimproved runways, pilots need to watch out for FOD (foreign object damage) such as large stones, material left  behind on the runway etc. Potholes, high grass, soft spots (mud and puddles after rain) etc., must be considered when operating on and off unimproved runways. On remote air-strips, people, animals and vehicles use the runway as well and thus often pose a real danger. The vast experience and the extensive training of our pilots ensure a  maximum level of safety on all runway surfaces.
