The Aviation Charter Sales is responsible for generating sales and managing client relationships in the aviation charter industry. This role involves understanding customer needs, coordinating charter flights, and ensuring excellent service to clients. The salesperson must have a deep understanding of the aviation industry and possess strong communication and negotiation skills to succeed in this role.
For our Sales Team we are looking for a Charter Sales Specialist.

Your main tasks:
Sales Generation: Respond to charter requests and actively identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate sales in the aviation charter sector. This includes calling, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging existing contacts to further build and maintain a client base.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Provide personalized customer service by understanding their needs and preferences and offering tailored charter solutions.
Charter Coordination: Collaborate with flight operations and dispatch teams to coordinate charter flights, ensuring smooth operations and meeting client requirements. This involves coordinating flight schedules, aircraft availability, crew assignments, and any necessary ground services.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present comprehensive proposals and quotes to potential clients, showcasing the company’s services, aircraft options, pricing, and terms. Address client inquiries and negotiate adhoc charter contracts to secure business.
Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing client concerns, resolving any issues that arise during the charter process, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal departments, including flight operations, finance, and sales, to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of charter services. Communicate client requirements and provide necessary information to facilitate successful flight operations.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, sales pipelines, and revenue forecasts. Develop and provide regular reports to department head, highlighting sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the aviation charter industry. Use this knowledge to identify new business opportunities and develop competitive strategies.
Your qualifications/requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, aviation, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record and experience in sales, preferably within the aviation industry.
- Knowledge of the aviation charter market, including aircraft types, pricing models, regulations, and industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using sales CRM software and other relevant tools to manage sales pipelines and track performance.
- Flexibility and willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with irregular working hours, including weekends.
- A customer-centric approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients.
