We are seeking a skilled and experienced Single Cabin Crew Member to join our team on a freelance basis. As a member of our cabin crew, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our passengers on our ATR aircraft. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver in-flight service, ensuring that all passengers have a safe, smooth and enjoyable journey.

Base: BSL (you need to live within one hour to the airport)

Must have: valid Cabin Crew Attestation and Single Cabin Crew experience

Freelance Cabin Crew Member (all genders)

Key responsibilities

  • Safety Procedures: Perform pre-flight safety checks, brief passengers on emergency protocols, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations throughout the flight.
  • Customer Service: Provide customer service to passengers, addressing their needs and inquiries while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Emergency Response: React swiftly and effectively to any in-flight emergencies, following established procedures to ensure the safety of passengers and crew.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and concise communication with the flight deck crew to coordinate activities and respond to any situations that may arise.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete required documentation, such as passenger manifests and reports, accurately and promptly after each flight.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry regulations, company policies, and procedural changes to ensure compliance and effective performance.
  • Flexibility: Be available for the fixed 2-day schedule each month and be open to additional workdays as per the agreement.

Requirements:

  • Valid Cabin Crew Attestation / Single Cabin Crew experience is a must.
  • Valid and current Medical Attestation.
  • Previous experience as a cabin crew member, preferably with experience on ATR Aircraft.
  • Strong knowledge of aviation safety protocols and emergency procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle various passenger situations.
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies.
  • Proficiency in English and German or French (additional languages are a plus).
  • Flexibility to work on a freelance basis, including the fixed 2-day schedule and additional days as agreed upon.
