For our Headquarter in Glattbrugg we are looking for a reliable and flexible Line Maintenance Coordinator. You will be joining our Maintenance Team.
Your main tasks
- Responsible for the Maintenance Crew rotation planning
- Coordinate Crew changes, visa applications with our in-house Travel Department
- Support the work preparation process for our Line Stations and coordinate with the CAMO and Supply Chain Team required Material and Equipment
- Coordinates the deployment of specialists
- Support the Maintenance Management Team in the implementation of new procedures and processes
- Monitor the ongoing maintenance tasks
- Support the technical department on administrative duties
Your qualifications
- Technical Background (Technische Grundausbildung Polymechaniker/ Automatiker/ Spengler) and/or Degree in Aviation
- Fluent in English (written and oral) / German and/or French are beneficial
- Strong IT skills including but not limited to MS Office
- Ability to adapt to constantly shifting parameters
- Independent and forward thinking
- Pro-active, flexible, and independent individual
- Organizational talent and a quick grasp of things
