We are looking for a

Your main tasks
- Creating a detailed project plan that outlines the scope, objectives, tasks, and deliverables.
- Define the project’s goals, set timelines, allocate resources, and establish clear milestones for tracking progress.
- Responsible for creating and managing budgets for Zimex projects. This includes estimating costs, tracking expenses, and ensuring the project stays within budget constraints.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project safety and success by aligning priorities with the functional experts.
- Cooperate and interact with a high-performing team of skilled professionals to ensure the successful execution of project tasks.
- Delegate specific functions to functional experts, relying on their specialized knowledge and capabilities.
- Take responsibility for coordinating and facilitating seamless interactions among various line managers, including Ground and Flight Operations, Maintenance, CAMO, Logistics, Safety, Compliance, and Security.
- Foster both formal and informal communication channels within the organization to enhance collaboration and information sharing.
- Act as a bridge between Zimex and external parties to facilitate effective communication and interaction.
- Ensure adherence to aviation regulations and standards set by all the relevant authorities.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with customers and stakeholders, including aviation authorities, airlines, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project timelines, make adjustments as needed, and ensure on-time delivery—adherence to the customer-required utilisation profiles.
- Adapt to unforeseen circumstances and implement changes in project plans when necessary.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including budget vs. actual expenditures, aircraft schedule adherence, etc. and provide regular progress reports internally and to external stakeholders.
- Allocate resources efficiently, including personnel, equipment, and materials required to fulfil the project objectives.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency.
- Ensure that the deployment meets the satisfaction of aviation clients and end-users.
Your qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar roles in aviation or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, safety procedures, and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Dedicated and results-driven professional with a passion for aviation
- Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging trends in aviation project management.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure precision in project execution.
